Fly Fast as a school doesn’t issue a pilot license. It the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines who does it. The role of Fly Fast is to prepare its students to pass and qualify for the CAAP license issuance. CAAP is a member of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). More than 90 percent of countries worldwide are members of ICAO. All ICAO members are obliged to accept the license issued by any of its members.
